B.M.S. College of Law was founded by Late Shri. B. S. Narayan, Donor Trustee, BMSET, under the aegis of BMS Educational Trust with LL.B. (3 Year Degree Programme).
1968
BMSCE became a Grant-In Aid Institution.
1988
BMSCL Completed 25 Years and Celebrated Silver Jubilee.
2000
Affiliation was granted for B.A., LL.B. (5 Year Degree Programme) by Bangalore University.
2009
Transfer of affiliation from Bangalore University to newly established Karnataka State Law University for B.A. LL.B. and LL.B. (5 & 3 Year Degree Programme).
2013
BMSCL Completed 50 Years and Celebrated Golden Jubilee.
2017
Affiliation granted for starting of B.Com LL.B. (5 Year Degree Programme) by Karnataka State Law University.
2018
Grant of Permanent Affiliation by the Karnataka State Law University for B.A., LL.B., and LL.B. (5 & 3 Year Degree Programmes).
